Full Mouth Teeth Restoration
The 3 on 6™ is a dental treatment procedure used to replace all of the teeth on the upper or lower arches of the mouth. It was pioneered by Dr. Randy Roberts, DDS in 2013 and the first case was placed in 2014. Dr. Roberts' goal was to reduce the trauma and cost of a full mouth smile restoration. The 3 on 6™ procedure includes six implants on an arch of the mouth with three bridges attached directly to those implants. FUNCTION AND FIT
The 3 on 6™ design allows the bridges to sit against the gums of the patient, like natural teeth. There is no artificial gum, and therefore a lot less artificial bulk in the mouth. Most patients are shocked at how their diet improves after they receive their 3 on 6™ smile as they are able to eat foods they previously avoided. Unlike dentures and the All-on-4, the 3 on 6™ feels more like natural teeth to the patient. Speech also feels natural as there is no bulky acrylic in their newly restored smile.

MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
The 3 on 6™ is easily and completely cleansable by the patient without removal for cleanings. Most patients use standard brushing and flossing and we recommend using a water flosser as well. Proper hygiene is essential to the longevity of the restorations. We recommend 3 on 6™ patients return every 6 months for a cleaning and maintenance to ensure the longevity of the restorations.

Our implants can be placed using the Smile Systems SmileGuide, which uses the most advanced cone beam and digital planning software available. How it Works
Step 1: Free Consultation
Everything begins with a free consultation in our office. We will take scans of your mouth which we use to determine if you are a candidate for the 3 on 6™. At this initial consultation, we will go over payment and financing options with you and determine if and when you would like to begin treatment.
Step 2: Implant Surgery
At the following appointment, the implant surgery will take place. This can be done with local anesthesia or you can choose to be sedated. When you wake up from surgery, you will have a beautiful set of temporary teeth in your mouth. After surgery, the implants will need to heal for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Our dental lab will use scans of your teeth or pre-designed models to design your new smile. You will have input on the design including the shade of the teeth.
Step 3: Temporary Bridges
After your implants are healed, you will have temporary bridges placed on your implants. These are made out of a cheaper material and will serve as a test drive for the fit and shade. After trying the bridges for two weeks the doctor will meet with you again to see if you’re happy with your smile or if you would like some adjustments. Based on your feedback, the Doctor may make some modifications to your bridges.
Step 4: Final Bridges
Your final zirconia bridges will be made by our dental lab specialists, based on the specifications from your Doctor. A final appointment will be scheduled in which the Doctor will place your final bridges and ensure that it meets all of your expectations. That's it, you're done! You can now bite into an apple, smile for that selfie, and smooch your significant other with confidence!
