The All-on-X or All-on-4 dental implant system features a single full-arch restoration secured semi-permanently to four implants (All-on-4) or more implants (All-on-X). This solution is ideal for a full mouth restoration with dental implants.
For patients with insufficient bone for a 3 on 6™ and needing extra support to avoid a "sunken in" look, All-on-X offers the best option for a permanent full mouth implant restoration. It provides a complete, functional smile with the necessary structural support.
Developed by our own Dr. Randy Roberts in 2013 and first used in 2014, the 3 on 6™ is a cutting-edge smile restoration treatment. It features three permanent bridges secured to six implants, offering a permanent solution that requires only standard brushing and flossing for maintenance.

Our Team
Dr. Logan Locke
Dr. Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He was then accepted into the prestigious Regional Dental Education Program and attended Creighton Dental School on scholarship.
Dr. Locke loves all aspects of dentistry but has received extensive training in oral surgery and implants, and is one of the world's most experienced 3 on 6 providers. He also has extensive experience with All on 4 or All on X procedures. He is also trained in facial esthetics including the use of dermal fillers.
Dr. Locke currently serves as the Smile Systems Institute Director where he creates training content and delivers training to new and existing 3 on 6 providers in the Smile Systems network.
